19 YEARS ON…A REUNION!

The cartoon mold thing FINALLY ARRIVED!!! I’m giving it to my cousin and husband as a post-wedding thing now. It turned out ok…they sorta captured the likeness…although Lutao’s face is a bit round and my cousin doesn’t quite look like her. But its not an uglified version like the caricature at least hehe.

Well it was my cousin You You’s big day yesterday and boy was it stressful! The day started at 6am when I woke up and I didn’t have time to eat breakfast cause i realised my suit pants were a bit creased so I rushed to my uncle’s place to iron it.

YAY! made it to day 3! No photos today…I assure you they are still ALIVE!

I think i’m meant to change the water for the small tank…not sure…damn my bad memory…well I just wait and if the water looks a bit slimey and green then I’ll surely know its time hehe

WOOHOO! The fishies survived a full 24hours with yours truly. Not bad huh? I have proven my company doesn’t necessarily end life…yet.

So I’ve provided the fish with their daily sustenance. Now what? Maybe cause they’re placed on the patio, but I don’t exactly feel any connection to my new pets. Why do people actually have fish as pets? You can’t really play or interact with them, and you definitely can’t go for a run with them. I guess they’re good to look at…but I feel slightly disappointed with my fishies.

Maybe I should give them all names to identify with them on a more personal level.

BJ + FISHIES! #1

So I’m in Beijing again.

My relatives have gone on holidays to Europe for a month (lucky them!) and they’ve left me in charge of their fish collection. 4x small fishies in one bowl and 2 larger goldfishies in a large bowl.

This is day one of my new friends and they’re still alive! woohoo.
Lets hope they survive and I don’t have to run out and buy replacement fishies before my relos get back hehe.

Im a bit notorious for my forgetfulness so I’ve got a repeated reminder on my mobile to feed them once per day.

CONDITION: Anti-social.
